By registering an account, accessing the trading terminal, or utilizing any services provided by Nexter Trading, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full.
2. Trading Execution & Payout Rules
Nexter Trading operates a high-frequency digital contract matching engine. All executed contracts are subject to the following principles:
- Sub-50ms Execution: Orders are entered at the exact tick price prevailing at the timestamp of click submission with zero negative slippage.
- Fixed Payout Rates: Successful contracts yield predetermined profit returns of up to 95% credited instantly upon expiry.
- Market Data Feeds: Live pricing feeds for crypto, forex, commodities, and OTC pairs are aggregated from top global institutional exchanges and liquidity providers.
3. Virtual Demo Account Terms
Every user is granted access to a risk-free virtual Demo Account preloaded with $10,000 USD virtual funds. Virtual balances do not represent real-world currency, cannot be withdrawn, and exist purely for simulation, backtesting, and trading education. Users may reload their demo balance at any time at zero cost.
4. Deposits & 24/7 Withdrawals
Clients may fund and withdraw from their live trading accounts using supported cryptocurrency networks (USDT, BTC, ETH, SOL, LTC) and authorized debit/credit methods:
- Zero Deposit Fees: Nexter charges 0% fees on incoming deposits.
- Automated Processing: Verified withdrawal requests are processed automatically 24/7 to the destination wallet specified by the account owner.
- Single Ownership: Deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to financial accounts registered in the user's name.
5. Prohibited Conduct & Account Security
Users agree to refrain from:

In the rare event of unscheduled global network outages or blockchain congestion, Nexter shall not be held liable for indirect losses beyond the value of the active order in dispute.
